Booking Conditions
Please review our booking terms, payment schedule, and cancellation policy before making your reservation.
Displayed rates are rates per night for the entire house, including Japanese consumption tax.
Minimum Stays
Payment Schedule
Winter Bookings (1 December – 31 March)
• 50% deposit is required at time of booking to confirm reservations.
• 50% balance to be paid at least 30 days before check in.
• If booked fewer than 30 days before check in, full payment is required at time of booking.
Other Times (1 April – 30 November)
• 50% deposit is required at time of booking to confirm reservations.
• 50% balance is to be paid at least 14 days before check in.
• If booked fewer than 14 days before check in, full payment is required at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
NOTE: Refunds are subject to credit card or bank transfer fees.
